This complaint is in regards to a CSF PAN Application. I'm a PAN agent and I applied for a customer for name change in PAN and awaiting resolution for 6 months but the agents handling the issue are giving copy/paste responses again and again. The issue is that the details provided by customer didn't match with ITD details and so it was withheld. Even though I provided the requested Annexure and Letter from customer which is the standard procedure, the agents who handle the email is asking for same documents again and again without even seeing the documents attached in the email.
