Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — Pan card status displays No record found

I have applied for PAN for my grandfather and grandmother infividually on december 2nd, 2022.I have the application Number, Using which i verified the application at UTIISL portal, But it displays NO RECORD FOUND...It's been 18 days already... It would be of great assistance if the concerned department resolves the issue ASAP as there are other applications to be processed... If i get this done..
