Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — Payment deducted but application number not generated and customer care executive miss shreya behaviour is not good and friendly

I have applied for name correction in pan by utitsl 2 times first time applied for change in only applicant name but they are saying that you have add father's name also and rejected.
I have applied again and that time money is deducted but application number is not generated and I have called customer care service but miss shreya has not given the details and her behaviour is also worst and disconnect my call.
