I have submitted application regarding new pan card and pay the charges through your online portal. Here i mention below application number and refernce number of pan card request :

I have paid through upi. But not interested any more as my contact number is not link with my adhar card, i am unable to provide otp at end of the application. So kindly reject my request and refund my money.
