[Resolved]  UTI MEP 95 — Lost certificate, no response from UTI to provide details based on facts submitted by me.

I had purchased 1000 units of MEP95, however the certificate got misplaced and I am not able to redeem the same . I have forwarded all details to UTI on number of occasion but there has been no response. I am herewith again furnishing the details available with me .
