UTIITSL — Regarding pan card correction of which company have taken fees but unable to find record

Dear sir,
I have applied for pan card correction through UTIITSL website on[protected] under name Avtar singh Rainu as i was unable to note down reference number of application regarding which i emailed to UTIITSL .but they are playing ticket ticket they are just raising ticket on every mail atlast when i asked them they are saying no record is found as i have paid on website whose details is given below
