Hindustan Petroleum Consumer Limited (Home LPG Service) — No proper Service, Takes Extra Money without providing receipt of it

I have been a consumer of HP (Home LPG Cylinder) service since past 20 years, but from last year the service has been degrading drastically.
the employee has hardly provided with the cylinder delivery at home and whenever I go to the branch they misbehave. last time they took extra money and didnit even give the receipt of the product.
