My order no is 40333 and it's been 6 months they didn't refunded my amount. they asked for retrun receipt which i have already provided but still no respond recived from them. earlier also they took 4 months to resolve. and their customer care no never work. the material they provide is not good also and sometimes it is defective. my experience with this site is pathetic. quality and delivery both are worst. i have attached the retrun slip of rs 700 which your customer care asked still no response and if the product is not received by them that's not our mistake. we have retruned the same and we have the prof so it's their responsibility to retrun our amount.

again you are telling me the same. I ordered two suits one was of 2365 and the other was of 700 the total is of 3065 u returned only one 2365 rest is pending from you side whose return slip I have attached. first u need to check your system than revert back. So many times I have explained to your customer care.

Hello,
I have purchased a lehenga from Uttamvastra in April 2016, it was not up to the mark, and I wanted to return it. Though it took some time but I finally got my refund in July 2016.
Thanks to Uttamvastra for its cooperation.
It's a new site so they might take some time for resolving the issues but they are not fake.
