[Resolved] Uttamvastra.com — Not receive the product and not tracking details | |||||
I have order a suit from Uttam Vastra, order no. # 41428_15111310;date- 14/11/15 I have made the payment but i have not receive till yet, they had said that they will deliver in 2 days after that they not even picking the calls and not even bothering to take the complain seriously. They didn't provided the the tracking details too. The courier service "Aramex" from where they said they had send the product is also bad, i have read the review about them. Since i have complain earlier too, they had not responding to my complain seriously. I think uttam vastra company is fraud, making customer fool, because they had not delivered by order, even though i had made 100 of phone calls and mail and every time they are saying different words. no body is sincere in order to dispatch customer product on time. and they are giving the wrong tracking numbers. please take action against this immediately. They are not even canceling my order and giving refund for my money, they are just making excuses and bothering towards my complain.
