I have ordered one dress amounted rs 1400/- and returned the same due to fabric is not skin friendly.i returned but the courier partner refused to give me any acknowledgement or pod details as proof of returned and till date i have not received the amount deposited in my account.i returned the product on 5th may 2016.Also while calling to customer care the staff seems to lack of knowledge and I dont get my problem solved or any suggestion.
