Uttamvastra.com — Refund and unethical behaviour | |||||
I ordered a product from uttamvastra.com with order id 277304 and it was delivered to me on 29 feb 2016. On 1 april 2016 i applied a return and refund but till now there is no respose from this site.I called approx 10 times to customed care executives they said that at my address pick up service is available but till now now one come to pick up the product and every time they said wait for a week and today when i called on the number female customer care exective said i can only forward your request nd i cannot do anything in a very rude tone thats shows ethics of her and ur company also. i[censored] people dont have a policy for refund and return then clearly mention it on ur website .Don't try to fool the customers. Never want to buy anything and refer anyone to this fake websites and there product Was this information helpful? | |||||

you must check ur details again i filed return and refund on the next day that is 1 march 2016 by mistake i mention 1 april i got the product from my id in ur website nd also ur customer care execuitve sent me a mail to apply to that link i did that also.

Which was later delivered to you via Aramex courier services - Tracking No.[protected] on 1st March 2016.
I would like to bring this to your notice that our terms and conditions clearly specify that "You can return a product purchased on Uttamvastra website within 15 days of delivery."
As we have received your request to get the product returned and refund after more than a month, there is not much we can do to help you with your return and refund request.
