My electricity meter was working properly.But on 16-5-15 at 7:30PM some workers of electricity department came and started tempering with someone others meter hang just beside my meter.When me and my some neighbours started opposing them, then they cut my meter, after that when talked to them that why they had cut then they put a new meter and gave the sealing certificate in which they wrote that my previous meter was not working properly.My previous meter was giving proper reading.
