Dear Sir, In Ghaziabad ahmadpur village near khajoor road, one water plant is running illigelly. he is running his plant with help of electric line men only Rs 150.00 per month. he is not also running water plant illigelly but he is doing water chilled by heavy electric equipment without meter. he use katia in whole night. please take action and stop loss of government revenue.
