Dear Sirs, I am astonished to see a bill for Feb 2015 for Rs.16930/- and Rs.1571/- Both bills are generated on 28th Feb 2015. Both are having same consumer no, [protected] Bill Nos. are different . How can this be possible. Bill No :[protected] for Rs. 1571/- for 244 KWh Units Bill No.[protected] for Rs. 16930/- for 2845 KWh Units. I have raised a complaint on 09 Nov 2014 (Case ID - [protected]) for meter malfunctioning in your website . You have not rectified so far and this has resulted in malfunctioning of the meter and high Energy consumption metering.. Your call center[protected], is completely down. Have you ever tried dialling it yourself? Please resolve the above complaint as the bill was generated on 28th Feb 2015 and Due on 28 Feb 2015 and disconnection date is 7th MArch 2015. This is Harassment of Consumer as you are aware that no customer will take head on with you as they will be pushed to STONE AGE immediately after you disconnect the power line. Please resolve and give me a solution as 2845 units in One month is not possible in domestic connection. Thanks and regards
