Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited — Not provide electricity in the colony's

We all colony member give application to electricity office (kankar khera, meerut uttar parades) in march 2015 for provide fresh electric connection in the area but they were not take necessary action on application.
Please give some solution against this problem.
