Its been more than 3 years since electricity meter was installed at my Village house. I have been receiving bills without any meter reading person visiting. Every time the bill is sent without proper reading. Current utilisation is less than 200 unit (as we dont stay there and is being used only when someone visits villages) but till date I have received bill with 799 units. Have paid of the bills till feb 2023 with all extra late payment and was told this will be adjusted by the meter reading person but again getting the bill in the same manner.
No person is ready to fix the problem but just avoiding the issue being lazy hatching their office chair.
They want me to send the video get them a letter do everything at their office which is also not sure which one.
Absolutely irresponsible and pathetic way to deal with the consumer. This is also the reason why people are not paying the electricity bills. Was this information helpful? |
