We have 3kw Connection via Account No. [protected] in the name of DALAL n SONS, Davipura Bulandshahr. Since Oct 2021 we have gone to the department more than 35 times to correct the technical error.
In Meter Since Aug 2021 Shows Over load like 26 kW to 65 kW and many times it’s come to 4 and 5 Kw. We gave the letter to SDO sir to change our meter and correct the bills so that we can pay the correct liable amount.
Being a good Citizen I informed you within time and gave the time of the department required. Because as per SDO there was no new Meter available in the department.
Via SDO order dated 19th Nov 2021 and letter order reference No. 7019 dated 29th Nov 2021 it should be changed and after that correct the pending bills but till today nobody came here to correct all things.
After that online we made 5 Complaints which shows as pending only means there is no action. In CORONA time also we went door to door to correct this problem.
Now the big problem is that the bill amount is continuously increasing and the meter shows the same problem. We requested that you please change the meter and correct the bills so that we are able to pay the correct liable amount.
