Dear sir,
This is regarding with the gas geyser, which i purchased 3 months back, and since from the beginning, we are giving a complaints of gas leakage (5+ complaints) inside the geyser, but every time engineer (Mr. Ahil) use to say, everything is fine, i request for senior engineer, but the same person, mr. Adhil use to come for checking and say that everything is fine, our complaint with the unit is simple, if we switch off the gas outlet, smell will not be there and vice versa when unit is idle (Not in use). Last thursday 5.12.2018 @5. 30pm, he visited and said that, he will take the unit for checking and will replace the defective parts and will refit back within saturday. He removed the unit for taking to service center, and i requested for service order sheet, he said that his duty time is over @6pm and will come next day along with order form and take the unit along, we also requested for refitting for daily usage till he gets back, but till today, he didn't came back for taking the unit and left the unit idle, (View picture) this is the type of service given to customers in ballari, so first i am escalating the issue to you, if you have area sales person / area service person and bsm number, contact details, kindly forward the mail to them or provide me the details for further action.
