[Resolved]  Vaibhav — calls and sms barred in active prepaid vodafone connection

Sir, I am a vodafone user from Banswara, Rajasthan. My prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I was out of town for a few months and now my incoming and outcoming calls as well sms services have been barred by the company. I have tried to contact customer care but did not get any satisfactory help. I was told to recharge my prepaid number by an E-TOPUP of Rs. 20 so that my services may resume automatically. I recharged twice but no use of it. Again I contacted the customer care after which I was told that a request has been posted on my behalf for the said problem. The request numbers of the complaint is - [protected] dated 26 September 2014, I was told by the care executive that my complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. But still nothing has been done and my problem is not solved. Please help me.
