My Saving A/c in BOM, Thakurdwar Br. A/c No.[protected] bank deducted Minimum Balalnce charges Rs.137/- without any prior intimation. I talked with Br. Manager & employees about that but he has not agree reverse charges. We request you to reverse my charges. We feel that very rude and hilarious behavior given by Bank of Maharashtra, Thakurdwar Branch employees to the customer. He will not answering respectfully to the customer. He has not give prior intimation to customers for in changes in services charges directly deducted charges in account also not proper response for customer queries. Jun 3, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I Sunita Birodkar Customer of BOM, Thakurdwar Br. My Saving A/c No.60218346128 the bank deducted Minimum Balalnce charges Rs.137/- for the month of March, 2016 on 31/03/2016 without any prior intimation.I don't know the when changes made in services charges. I talked with Br. Manager & her employees about that but he has not agree reverse charges. We request you to help for reverse my charges.
Further, We feel that very rude and hilarious behavior given by Bank of Maharashtra, Thakurdwar Branch employees to the customer.
He will not answering respectfully to the customer. He has not give prior intimation to customers for in changes in services charges & directly deducted charges in account also not proper response for customer queries. I am not fulfiled of the above services.
Kindly take a proper action against the above Branch immediately.
