I had booked 4 tickets for Srinagar to Pune on 12th December 2022 through Varafi. Spent Rs. 29660 on the tickets.
One day before the departure on 10th March 2023, got a call from Varafi support that my ticket is aborted and cannot travel through that ticket.
And they will refund my money in 3 to 5 days.
But it is around 2 months they have not refunded my money.
I have called their customer support numerous times and also sent an emails to their support mail but they are just saying money will be refunded in 3 to 5 days.
This is to be dealt very strictly as they are cheating people and not giving back my hard earned money.

They are dong broad day cheating and not refunding our hard earned money. It has been now 4 months.
