Have booked two tickets for flight from Mumbai to Varanasi for May 21st 2023. VARAFI cancelled the flight booking on 19 th May, didn’t refund our money back. Have emailed also and called several times but some random people are answering...

Last three months I have been seeking the refund of my two cancelled tickets booked through this online platform called VARAFI that propped on googling for booking ticket. VARAFI, initially confirmed the refund amount as Rs. 1799.00 and Rs.2539.00 for the two tickets booked under their reference numbers : VID[protected] & VID[protected]. I had booked 4 tickets for Srinagar to Pune on 12th December 2022 through Varafi. Spent Rs. 29660 on the tickets.
One day before the departure on 10th March 2023, got a call from Varafi support that my ticket is aborted and cannot travel through that ticket.
And they will refund my money in 3 to 5 days.
But it is around 2 months they have not refunded my money.
I have called their customer support numerous times...

I booked my flight tickets from Bangalore to Delhi for 4th Feb 2023 from Varafi site.
In last moment they canceled the tickets and not returning refund amount it almost more than 3 months...

I booked flight ticket in the varafi.com web site by using debit card on[protected]. The booking ID is :VID[protected]. But the PNR number in the e ticket was found to be fake as I confirmed through the airlines. I cancelled the booking on[protected] by phone to [protected]. This was confirmed by email stating the refund is initiated and the amount will be credited back to source. Since 100 days had gone I did not receive the refund.

I had booked one Flight ticket 6E-6385 (Passenger Name: Harish Kumar Thakur) on 22 Jan 2023 is aborted Bangalore to Chandigarh. The booking no is VID[protected] dt 22 Jan 2023. Pl track the my refund and return to my account for refund. I have speak Varafi customer care executive so many time and they always told me my concern fwd support team and they told 5 to 7 day query is solve. I made the booking on 28 of jan from bom to goa and my booking I. D-vid[protected] and after 1 hour it is aborted and still waiting for refund please refund my amount otherwise I will take legal action...

I have booked 3 tickets on 24th January but the airlines aborted the tickets on 26th. i received mail from Varafi saying your refund has been auto initiated from our end. It will be get back to you in the same account. Today 4th March and already 37 days over still refund not received. Every time I Send mail or contact customer care they will give same answer your amount will be refunded in 3 or 5 days....

Ticket aborted from their end and haven't received the refund amount yet. It has been more than 40. They keep saying the transaction has been initiated and there is some glitch with their bank.

Has booked 2 tickets from Varanasi to Mumbai and did a payment of 11650 on 20 dec 2022.
After couple of days they cancelled the ticket and said amount would be refunded in 3-5 days. But it has been more than 40 days. Haven't received the refund amount yet. Had been chasing them on this, but they give a reason stating the refund is initiated from their end. They would need to cordinate with the bank on this.

The two air (Air Asia) tickets confirmed by the company bears fraud PNR numbers. It is very serious matter.These two return tickets were purchased to travel from Jaipur to Hyderabad on 8rth Feb.23.and back on 18th Feb.23. On confirmation from Air Asia airlines, it was revealed that no such PNR exists. The full payment has been done, Company's officials are not attending phone calls....

I booked a ticket at VARAFI https://www.varafi.com/flights at 05:54 pm from Delhi to New York and New York to Delhi and they did not sent me any email or sms confirmation. I called them 7-8 times, they delay the call, attend and say it will take 30 mins then 10 mins.
