I booked a ticket at VARAFI https://www.varafi.com/flights at 05:54 pm from Delhi to New York and New York to Delhi and they did not sent me any email or sms confirmation. I called them 7-8 times, they delay the call, attend and say it will take 30 mins then 10 mins. It’s a very hard earn money we invested in trusting the company and booking the ticket and it seems fraud. I don’t know what to do they aren’t responding me my calls nor email. I want my refund. Please help me with it.
