I have Booked two Tickets from Varafi.com.Details are attached.I am trying to reach them continuously and they are not bothering to refund my amount.nor they are sharing any transaction pathway vide which my amount was refunded.
They are always assuring f for 48-72 hrs time and the money will be refunded.It has been long 17 days and i am yet to receive my amount.
I have gone through their facebook profile and saw they are doing this with every customer and they never refund the money.
