Varafi — Refund of airline tickets booked that were cancelled

Last three months I have been seeking the refund of my two cancelled tickets booked through this online platform called VARAFI that propped on googling for booking ticket. VARAFI, initially confirmed the refund amount as Rs. 1799.00 and Rs.2539.00 for the two tickets booked under their reference numbers : VID[protected] & VID[protected]. The PNR No given for these two tickets were : "TFDB2J" ( Go First Flight No. : G8 ‐ 374 Sun, Feb 05, 12:30 ) & "HRMLRA" (Go First G8- 370 Wed 01-Feb) respectively, both on Go First Airline. It now appears that this company has employed few Customer Service Personnel who come on the line when called over the phone and very politely keep assuring in similar sentence that the 'refund will be effected in three to five days' and disappears! This game is going on for the last three months and now they have blocked my email too!

Evidently, this appears to be a very dubious company. There are several such complaints against them as is evident from their website too! Wonder why the Airlines, DGCA and the Ministry of Civil Aviation are not acting at all! Many people will continue to be duped and cheated by this dubious company if not checked. This should not be allowed to be continued at all!
