Varafi — Varafi airlines ticket aborted but refund not received

I have booked 3 tickets on 24th January but the airlines aborted the tickets on 26th. i received mail from Varafi saying your refund has been auto initiated from our end. It will be get back to you in the same account. Today 4th March and already 37 days over still refund not received. Every time I Send mail or contact customer care they will give same answer your amount will be refunded in 3 or 5 days.
