I purchased online from varideal.Com one mi20800mah power bank of rs.899.55 on 30.07.2016 cash on delivery. On 08.08.2016 they delivered me after payment of rs.899.55/- an used, defective, damaged & different product (Mi 10400mah) which is not working at all. After that when i call them on their cust care no ie [protected] they do not receive my phone but forward the call to a prefed ivrs system which always gives a message that they are busy. I also mail (Email id:[protected]@varideal.Com) them on 08.08.2016 and again reminded on 09.08.2016 & 10.08.2016 but no reply came from their end. This is a fraud site whose modus operandy is to fool people like us and delay the refund process for for than 7 days so that we can't go to consumer forum.
I think they procure used products from internet sites and sell the same as new product to gullible people like us.
I think someone has to go to consumer court against them or file a case with IT cell so that they can't fool others.

I also facing this problem. I will complain against varideal company in Consumer court. This is fake company.
I don't know where to submit a complaint for this?
