Myself Harsh Shah ordered Lindt Milk Lindor Cornet Choclates (Medium) as on 11/02/2014, which as promised to be delivered on the occasion of Valentines Day i.e 14/02/2014 by "www.varighty.com but after a total drama i got to know that the Hand To Hand Delivery of the Order is LOST. And www.varighty.Com failed to deliver my product as promised by them. The delay of the Order & making the product not worth my money by not delivering it by the Occasion of Valentines Day i.e 14/02/2014 & i had to spend another Rs, 500/- so that i don't make the occasion go empty. I asked www.varighty.com to deliver the product now on one condition that they compantiate me. But the executive on the call says that there Higher Authorities are in a meeting from 15/02/2014 morning 10AM sice right now when i am writing you this complain i.e 04:15PM.Moreover i had to call them again & again to ask about dispatch details, status of my product etc. & they had given me all shorts of lies they can.
For the kind of service they provide i am complaining to get a compantation of Rs.5000/- for there behaviour there not to be trusted act. And all kind of mental stress they provided me.
