hi, 19th of August of this year i purchased a usha sewing machine from "www.varighty.com" portal, these portal persons given me a Rs 500, discount. bz the product original price was Rs 4299, they courier through First Flight Courier persons on the same day itself and product reach me on 24th of August. when i open the pack the material was damaged. but the outer cover including the thermocol was not damaged. so i complained the usha as well as the varight portal also on 26th of August. (due to the saturday and sunday). send some images of the damaged area also a details of complaints. meantime i requested in the portal persons for a replacement too. 28th evening Usha servicepersons reach my residence and check the complaints. 31st received a mail from usha saying that you can get a replacement of the sewing machine through the same portal. so i forwarded the same mail to the portal persons. the day when i forwarded they where saying that their server is down due to they cant do anything right now then when i contact them on 3rd of September, they where saying that their concern persons are out of station due to this they cant do anything. finally September 11 they send a mail that they arrange a reverse pickup without mentioned the courier company details only the destination (merchant address) finally Aramex persons collected the material from me on 13th Evening. mean time i send them the complete details of courier details as well as the picture of package which done from my side. ("http://www.aramex.com" - tracking number [protected]). As of aramex tracking details they could not able to deliver the product when i last checked 23/09). After a long conversation and online chat result they send me a mail on 17th September saying that their concern departmental persons where out of country. finally i received a chat conformation from them that 20th or 21th of September they will make the payment. but nothing happened on 21st also due to saturday afternoon there was no bank transaction occurred. on 21st they send a mail that sure that 23rd of Sept they will make my payment through bank transfer. today morning when i chat with them they collect my bank account and other details. when i call then on 4o clock they where saying that they will make the payment by tomorrow. they where keep dragging my payment. plz do the needful for me to sort out my problem.
