Hello Maruthi/HR,
I like to rise a complaint against Maruthi Dealer VARUN MOTORS Hyderabad ( Nankaramguda Branch).
Here is the Scenario ---
I booked the Ciaz vxi+ vehicle on[protected] at Nankaramguda branch.The Executive with Team Lead has promiosed that they will deliver the vehicle in 3 -4weeks time.As i have a
Memorable day this month as i planned the delivery in that particular week.Since a week the complete team failed to receive my calls and if they receive, the call end up with no
updates on the delivery.As i approached Varun Motors yesterday, the team is telling that there is no Vehicle at all in the plant.
I was speechless with their reckless answer and behaviour.Based on their promisary date i already paid one moth EMI to the bank, which is pricking my mind and heart.
As i have immense respect towards Maruthi brand, this made me to write down this email to the HR concern thinking of Justice to me.
If i dont hear from the HR concern in one working day, i will proceed legally, as i have in written document from the Varun Motors regarding the delivery date.
With Immense respect, i like to wait for one more working day, that is today.If i dont hear from the concern i will launch a complaint tomorrow.
