We took samsung dd refrigerator for inr33400 at salem new busstand branch on 24thfeb. We informed that we were shifting from salem to tiruchengode on saturday so provide delivery within 3pm. The product arrived at 9pm when packers were packing. We opened box at 10:30pm before packers pack it & found damage. We asked for replacement, by picking up damaged product from delivered location and provide replacement from Erode branch which the transport cost will be less. They made us mentally tortured for past 3 days. After that they agreed. We have proof of call conversations also. Samsung service team also suggested same. But again they are asking inr 2000 for deliverying product can made only through salem new busstand branch. We tried 3 days by asking them, this is very worst experience we had with vasanth & Co. Its first time we trusted vasanth & Co so tried a showroom purchase. We always use Amazon online purchase. But this time bcoz of family person suggested we went for purchase and done immediately with payment on trust and quality on vasanth & Co. No quality check in godown or before sending product. This product they took from coimbatore godown to salem, at that time it is damaged they agreed first. Then they changed that statement. They didn't even mentioned not to open box before demo person arrive. As we use to do online things we done it to show to my mom. Its very very bad idea to purchase it in showroom. I have audio call recordings too for what they accepted to provide service as requested. But again yesterday evening they are saying to pay 2000rs for deliverying can made from salem where they pick damaged item. Already product cost is higher than online we paid, now they are looting more money bcoz of their mistake. I'm a iso lead auditor, vasanth and co has trust and quality I believed and they follow iso 9001 standard norms. But very worst experience. No grievence reddressal contact numbers too. No complaints escalations numbers or email id. Very worst service which we didn't expect it a very big disappointment. People be aware of these showrooms.
