[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — Refund or Replacement of Defective Daikin AC

Recently purchased an Daikin 1.5T AC on 17/09/2023 at Vasanth & CO Tnagar Branch, it was delivered to my address on 22/09/2023. The next day 23/09/2023 Daikin service person from Cool zone Chennai came to my house to begin installation and demo and found that the AC was defective and it wont run. From that moment we are continuously contacting Daikin and vasanth & co representatives (Mr. Nirmal [protected] from Daikin) (Ms. Poongavanam [protected] from Vasanth&co), but no solid response so far regarding our refund / replacement request. Hence please look into this matter and take appropriate action by ensuring us full refund or full product replacement.
