Vats Kumar — complain about security bad behaviour

Sir no doubt metro is too good and useful medium of travelling. But today i had the worst experience in metro. The behaviour of policemen at delhi metro is very bad. And i want a very strict action on what i had experienced today. I was at new delhi metro station with my family. My father approached a policeman to ask where is token machine. His mistake was he entered ladies line. Because he did not noticed the ladies line board and that time there was no lady in the line the path was completely alone. And he politely ask to policeman that sir where is token machine and instead of answering my dad the policeman rudely tell him to get out. So my father told him to please answer him politely then he pushed him very brutally. And all the guards and policemen took their mate side instead of listening the problem and finding out the solution. Sir this was my worst experience in metro. Till today i thought that metro is the safest medium but from now due to your guards and policemen behaviour i am thinking i was totally wrong. And please sir i want a strict action on new delhi metro guards. Because i am damn sure they treat the public the way like they treated us. So i request you to please took action for their behaviour.
