Hi, I have raised a complaint against leakage & shocking of geyser on 15-oct-19 customer care number my compliant number is [protected], is it dangerous for all person bathing, almost 11 days passed away no one resolve this issue i have regular follow up customer care number ever time communicated same reply, kindly look into matter and take the necessary action resolved the issue. I bought a room heater (Candes MAC03 Quartz 1200-Watt with Oscillation Function - White) and was delivered via Amazon on 15 Dec. 2019. Attached are the receipt and the warranty received along with the heater.
On 29th Dec, 2019, one of the light rods stopped working. On 30th Dec. 2019, the second light rod has also stopped functioning. This is a completely faulty product and I need you to come and repair it. Else, replace the product or refund my money. I called your customer service and spoke with Miss Shashi Prabha who was not helpful at all. She gave me the number for the Service Provider, Mr. Kamal Chaudhary. He said that a technician would be visiting my residence on Dec.31st. I have been following up on emails and called Mr. Kamal Chaudhary who said he would call back but never did! I need to get this resolved ASAP!

Dear Consumers, Dont buy this candes brand products, if your purchased product got fault they wont provide the service support to resolve your issue... this is very very worst company i ever seen...
