We had paid out entire amount for a tour with veena world on 24 th february 2020.
I brought the issue of coronavirus to them via email on 5th march 2020, and via telephone on 4th march 2020. Still 41 days were left for the tour at that time
I asked them to share the flight pnr if any. Them have not made any booking yet and are not refunding our money which comes upto rs 000000.
They are asking us to postpone but we 6 travellers belong to 3 different families so future travel will be impossible because of board exams.
If it was for personal reasons, l would have let them cut my 40% but its due to the virus and they have not done any bookings.
We have a senior citizen and 2 kids in our group of 6.
