My parents recently travelled to Europe with Veena world. The service provided right from the beginning was very unprofessional. The team made spelling mistakes while filling in my parents visa forms.

Kashmir is heavenly beautiful . First two days were amazing.Tour managers were best at their work. The only complain we had was about Hotel new park, Srinagar. The itinerary was not followed, food, hotels were unhygienic, proper transport not provided as mentioned to us while booking the tour.

Hotels were cheap and substandard. Food provided during travel was unhygienic. Even after raising issue several times by every guest, no changes at further destinations.

During this time when everyone has waived off cancellation and rescheduling charges, veena world tour operator is charging rescheduling charges as much as 30-40 thousand per person. All airlines and tourist spots are allowing rescheduling without any charges. They are not transparent in their dealings. They are not sharing details of the so called advance payments made....

I brought the issue of coronavirus to them via email on 5th march 2020, and via telephone on 4th march 2020. Still 41 days were left for the tour at that time

Euag210619 tour. Booked with veena world. Full payment on 5 april. Visa application for georgia sent on 5 june leaving no chance of a cancellation with some refund in case visa got rejected.
