It is with deep regrets that we have to inform you that the trip scheduled for (Sioc (I) 050420/a) tour date 05/04/2020 (Ooty mysore coorg-ifly) for us and our grup of '9' family members needs to be cancelled. While we were very much looking forward to the vacation, we would be unable to make it due to coronavirus advisery by who/our family doctors/state government to maintain social distancing to avoid spread of disease.
According to your cancellation policies, we are entitled for refund from the company. We would appreciate it if the payment would be sent to our individual account (Same account used for payment) in case of any queries, please contact us on [protected]/[protected]/[protected].

1) DAY 1
- arrival from airport at 2 pm.
- No breakfast and lunch arranged on the way. veenaworld saved money here.
>> No Single big bus, all passengers are made to travel in different vehicles
>> Arrival on houseboat by 4 pm or so. Houseboat is just the worst experience never can be expected from travel company like veena world Or kesari. They just don't match with any expectations a person can have from such class trip. HOUSEBOAT actually not needed in the trip and there is huge concern of hygiene, service class, food, water, bed, bathroom and overall service. Too much of awwwkkkk experience.

2) DAY 2
- Way to PEHELGAM
- Shopping at Kisan :: Fine
- Halt at key photo point :: not provided
- Arrival at JKTDC
>> Again one more worst resort
Food :: Too bad in terms of taste, hygiene, quality, variety
High tea:: Only bad quality tea, no snacks
Room :: Too dirty, no clean sheets and blanket, bathroom is just tooo bad, hot water fine,
Room service :: Almost a half km from cafeteria, difficult to manage with kids, elders, and those who have injury.
Sightseen :: left with guests, no actual service from Veena World. Elderly or those who have difficulties with wall had to manage transport to market by their own.
Guests are just made to touch the Pehelgam and left with their destiny for one day.
3) DAY 3
- chekout from Pehelgam, JKTDC.
- visit to chandan wari by cab.
- very limited time provided for visit, why???? To save money on taxi by veena world. This is one of the main attraction of trip where kids and young people enjoy more.
- Visit to Betab valley
- again limited time provided for this visit to save charges on cab service.

- visit to bat factory :: OK
- Lunch at Olga. Ok quality. But menu was just too economical wherein restaurant was serving best quality food overall, but menu by veena world too cheap.
- Back to sri nagar at new park
***Hotel new park::***
- Very OK hotel wherein there are better quality hotels nearby.
- room was ok ok, sheets unclean, room service fine
- Food :: repeat menu, less variety. Improved on last day
- hot water :: very irregular and had to chase for hot water lot of time.
4) DAY 4
- wake up call at 4am
- leave for Gulmarg
- no proper guidance on buying fur coats, gum boots recommendations fine, but why specific shop was recommended.
- cable car experience good.
- Gulmarg all rides were to be bear by Guests, why?? For what purpose veenaworld charged 50000 plus??
- cab service to cabel car was charged by cab driver as 200 per person for one way however other cab drivers were charging only 200 as return. Why veenaworld didn bear these charges??
- Lunch at Sahara restaurant again very very cheap quality. Many had to suffer food poisoning after this meal.
- visit to carpet factory. No time limit provided for shopping, this wasted lot of time for other passengers.
- NO HIGH TEA, No SNACKS
- return to New park at around 6pm
- Dinner on time with again ok variety and quality
5) DAY 5
- Char chinar trip :: OK
- on the way back to ghat no 9, people are left with their fate at market and wasted time almost till 1pm .
- Lunch at hotel OK
- way to mandir. Good experience.
- only one garden covered. Saved money on shalimaar garden.
- only 5rs popcorn provided without tea/coffee.saved money here by veenaworld.
Where no high tea??
- Dinner on time with fine quality.
- Hardly one hour or so for roaming around sri nagar.
- Day 5 over.
6) DAY 6
- really???? Wake up call at 4 am and leaving for airport at 5am.and you counting it as day 6???
- why not arranged for evening or afternoon flight?? You have saved 100% of cost on this day which is sheer unprofessional and unethical part of any business
- the bus arranged for 27 passenger along with luggage just didn't do any justice, people were just crunch into any tunnel with too much o[censored]ncomfort
7) your tour manager most of the time found busy with
commission agent, miss guide to guests, not providing more shopping options, and asking guests to go to particular shop. Evan other shop and vehicle has less prices.
It shows they getting good enough commission from the shop.
Very bad experience with veenaworld and will never recommend this to anyone not only for kashmir trip but for any other trip. Also giving this review on all possible portals

# Houseboat should be removed from iternary

# actually only 4 days trip instead calling it as 6 days trip.
Conclusion:: No more veenaworld until they work with business ethics.
