Veena World — poor service, worst tour experience - australia

Description of our trip ausg280319/a tour to australia from mumbai to melbourne on 27th march 2019.

After travelling many countries like usa, new zealand, scotland, sri lanka, europe, andaman & bangkok with “kesari”, we decided to travel with veena world once & had a very pathetic, unpleasant, unsatisfactory & highly deplorably experience.
This tour of 17 people on-board with tour manager pradip pawar proved to be the worst experience of life time. It will be unfair for me to compare your competitor kesari & their extra ordinary management capacity, their caring attitude & superb management towards their clients.

Few comparison points with your competitor kesari:-

1) not a single water bottle was given by veena world during the journey of 10 days in the long bus journey & against that many water bottles are kept in the bus to quench the thirst of the passengers by kesari.
2) kesari gives excellent cabin bags to each travelers.. Why don’t you??

3) look at the snacks given on airport.. Predeparture, so meager and cheap.. Compare with kesari.. Loaded sufficient for ten days with sumptuous dry fruits..

4) the buses for long journey were as if they are p. M. T. Buses exported from pune at a low cost. As against kesari, luxurious push back comfortable buses.

5) the most shameful episode of this australian tour was we reached brisbane at 8am in the morning and “stinking” packed breakfast from the previous hotel was given to us. The breakfast could have been arranged at a restaurant at brisbane.

The climax and annoying thing that precipitated mass anger when veena world in the afternoon at 1pm again gave us packed lunch with only biryani. There was no shut down of all the hotels and veena world in the itenary has clearly mentioned breakfast.. Lunch dinner.
When our protest was loud and clear, the tour manager expressed his inability to decide and then we refused the packed lunch and called up mumbai office and warned to expose veena world to abp mazaa {by one of the top ranking govt tourist in our group} due to which at 4.30pm green signal was given to go ahead for the lunch in a restaurant. Mr. Pradeep pawar had a sigh of relief and poor and helpless and powerless person promptly arranged for two vehicles and took us to a punjabi restaurant and delicious lunch was served. The question arises that whether to go to a toilet permission is by the tour manager from head office?

Certain emergency powers should be given to tour managers, please do that!!
The effect of our protest was that the following tour of 30 people of veena world au/nz were given lunch and not packed lunch.
Not all that was bad. The hotels provided were of high standard and comfortable.

If veena world management does not take improvement steps on above complaints…..
Then i am afraid that the day is not far off…..in the very near future…. People would say
“once upon a time there was a tour company called veena world “ which had to close down because of poor service to their tourist”.
