Seniors' Special Europe - EUZE300620/A/2 - suppose to go on 30th june 2020, Entire amount of Rs. 4, 54, 000/- was paid in Sept 2019, when the tour got cancelled due to pandemic, Veena travel has asked for transfer charges of Rs. 16K or cancellation charges of 90K, this sheer harassment of Senior Citizens, they do not wish to transfer the trip nor cancel it from their end else they will end up paying huge cancellation charges.

Dear Neha,
As per the mail received it is understood that if we want to transfer the trip then the amount of INR. 28000 per person has to be paid, kindly reply on my below points, and I need a revert on this within 2 days,
1) first thing - we are not cancelling the Trip.
2) secondly - the transfer of your tour is happening because of the reason for which neither you or us are responsible, i.e. we are still ready to go ahead with the trip if the embassy opens up the visa formalities.
3) if the entire trip is not going from your end, then its your moral responsibility to transfer this money for future trip in whatever month feasible next year. why the transfer charges are expected from us, this is not correct.
4) This package was for senior citizen, you cannot keep on asking money from them, who have put in their entire life savings for this trip. the payment was done in 7-8 months back, even I can ask you for interest for these many days.
5) kindly provide us with entire package amount Travel voucher so that the money is safe with you and you are also assured that we are still travelling with you.
6) Need to know the flight details which you are mentioning that you have already booked for us, and hotel details too
7) Need the total list of passengers along with their phone numbers and also list of passengers who have agreed to pay the transfer charges.
If the above things are not possible, kindly provide refund of entire amount paid to you (not asking for any interest right now)
