Veena World — travel agency

I booked my thailand trip with veena world and paid inr1, 67, 000 in full. Till i made my payment, everything was moving forward positively. After my payment was processed and amount was deducted, i received a call from veena world representative mehul ghate mentioning that the trip will not be operated. So, i simply requested for the refund as it was cancelled by veena world and not from my end. It’s been more than a week, this company hasn’t issues my refund and is giving me several non-sense excuses of the payment delay. Their finance team is so inefficient. This is a total fraud. If anyone faces similar problem with them, please you well contact higher authorities. They are big cheaters. I would prefer kesari tours or any other small travel agency. Veena world is not worth going for.
