I booked a cylinder refill on 18th august, 2015 in the above agency. But they cancelled my booking without any reason on on 24th august. Then i again booked for a refill on 24th august, 2015 and the booking number is 426055. Today (4th september, 2015) , they have cancelled it again. There must be something fishy, may be they are delivering the cylinders to others at higher prices.
I have raised a complaint to iocl, complaint number is 2319649. But as it goes, nobody will work on the complaint.
