dear sir,
1. We have boocked the gas on 06 nov 2015 reference no 475869.
2.No dilevery took place till 18 nov 15,
3. I approached the agency on 2o nov 15, the booking clerk said that ur demand is taken with effect from 16 nov since it is due from that day.
4.I again approached the agency on 21, 22, 23 every time they promised that gas will be dilivered today.
5.Again i visited on 25 they said today or tomarow and on28 she promissed us for monday as she got no supply.
6.Today on 30 nov i again visited the office, to my surprise the clerk told me that it was cancled because there was no one at home which was a utter lie also it was sunday thatis no supply day,
this was cinfirmed by the person who comes for supply whome i met on the way to my home, this person had the supply vr and saiid that it is to far to dilever .
7.The cylinders are getting manuplated please, please help the gas is not dilevered as yet
