Veeresh Indane Gas agency (located at Sapthagiri Layout, Nagashettyhalli, RMV II Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560094) has pathetic service. I have experienced difficulties dealing with it many times. Recent example is that I booked a refill cylinder on 8th July 2015 thru IVR (Booking No: 392613) and after 6 days I received SMS that booking is cancelled by the distributor. I again booked thru IVR (Booking No: 397315), this time in two weeks I received SMS that cash memo is generated but 5 days later it was cancelled. I called up distributor to ask why he is cancelling my bookings, then lady on the call booked emergency refill (on 5th Aug) and told me that it will be delivered next day. Few days passed but no cylinder yet, finally I got another SMS that booking is cancelled (on 8th Aug). I was annoyed and called them again asking about all this drama, she told it will be delivered today. But no cylinder received on Saturday 8th Aug. I called them on Monday (i.e. Monday Aug 10, 2015), then she booked another emergency refill and told it will be delivered today (Monday 10th Aug)...No cylinder received again on 10th Aug, I called next day...same answer it will be delivered today but no cylinder...I called them again today (12-Aug) and still same answer...while calling the delivery boy he says he has not received any refill cylinder in my name to deliver. It is more than a month now, I have been struggling to get the refill cylinder but this agency does not care...its staff makes false commitments all the time. Apart from these type of issues, these people are difficult to reach out, most of the numbers in the invoice slip don't work. Whichever works results in busy call or keeps ringing. This agency seems like engaged in black trading of refill cylinders as most of the time they cancel booking after cash memo generation (i.e. when refill has been received by them from Indane). Indane must take strict action against Veeresh Gas Agency and cancel the distributorship.
