[Resolved] Vefro — Replacement of shoe | |||||
This is regarding the purchase of the above mentioned shoe (Doc martin, bravo lt/ blanco white, size 8) from vefro which was delivered on 4th may 2017. I would like to exchange it as size 8 is small and want the same in size 9. Order id is #7245 and tracking id :[protected]. If any courier executive can come and collect the shoe, it would be of great help and i also want to exchange it at the earliest. I would like to remind that i had a chat with drishti, associate customer delight regarding this and she said that the request for exchange has been accepted but no one has come to collect the shoe. I have also written a mail to vefro and doc martin but there was no reply. P. S : the shoe is not used. Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest. May 23, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint is resolved. I wrote an email to Vefro and Doc Martin regarding the shoe ( Mention every thing in detail like Order Number and Tracking Number etc.. ) which makes it easy for them to resolve and act accordingly. Also i had a chat with Drishti, Associate Customer Delight from Doc Martin which was helpful. All i can say is " Patience " and write them email every 1 or 2 week and also submit a complaint on this forum. Vefro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
