I have purchased a domain named - www.come2niks.com from this company in 2010. The domain was registered on the company details (then company name was funstan or resellergrow).
However I have been asking them for updating the my personal details against the domain which I have been using from past 5+ years now. I have been connecting to them via emails ([protected]@veracitylegal.com, [protected]@resellergrow.com, [protected]@funstungroup.com) and sms and calls (not adding phone number), but with no response and no updates. Once in a while they reply saying we have already updated the details and then when I am asking for some proof they dont reply.
After few months of chasing them I am lodging this complain against them.
