Vertical Ventures Pvt Ltd — Unknown transaction happened Rs.7999/- through my ICICI Credit Card -Reg | |||
Am a ICICI Credit card holder. I have blocked my Credit card on 27 Aug 2015, due to unknown transaction happen through my Card. I can explain what happen on 27 Aug 2015. Fraud Happen I got a call from Delhi from a person name R Shiva(ID No- 1111) ([protected]) by evening around 5.10 PM. Mr. R Shiva called me that my credit card limit will be increasing from our side and they like to give some packages and one discount card some lifetime membership card which can be used for discount(15%-25%) every time i swipe my card for shopping. Unfortunately i have given all my details and finally they have used my ICICI credit card for Rs.7999 through online transaction. As soon as i received sms that my amount has been deducted (Rs. 7999) I blocked my credit card on the day transaction happened. I informed ICICI Credit card customer care requesting to block my Credit Card and told them. Immediately i blocked my credit card on 27 Aug 2015. On 09.09.2015 a courier came from Vertical Ventures Pvt Ltd, new Delhi, but I am not accepted. On 11.09.2015 I called Mr.Shiva regarding this subject, he gave a refund id No – 027509. After one month the amount will refund the same. I apologies that this was my mistake but i want this amount to be refunded as soon as possible. I request you to inquire on this, so i have attached dispute form with this mail as per request from credit card customer care. Even I mailed to M/s.Vertical Ventures Pvt Ltd on 12.10.2015 regarding my amount refund but so far no response from their side. Please investigate on this and kindly refund me the amount which was claimed by a fraud company ( Vertical Ventures Pvt Ltd, 305-306, NDM-2, Block-C Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi 110034, Ph: [protected] ) . This is a fraud company and has been doing fraud transactions from a long time. There are other complaints against this company and its owners. If you want your money then call police and tell them what has happen then call bank and ask them what action to be taken. Ask bank to take strict action against them as they can take action against this company sending a legal notice. Make a team with all other people from whom this company has done fraud.
