Vguard — Room heater

I had purchased a halogen room heater on november 2014 of vguard. Within the use of two month it got four times out of order. I had complained for this . But they were not responded for this. This year I had used it on the arrival of winter, but within the seven days of its use it was again out of order. I will registered complain to customer service, they repaired it at the cost of Rs.520. But after 8days it is again out of order. Then what should be the solution. All the service engineers are saying this is the defective model but till there is action taken from company side. I am suffered with spondalisis, so in winter it is very essential for me. But I can't get the service of room heater. So please consider my query, as it is not possible for me to spend Rs.500 regularly within a short spam of period.
