Order No 52517 was placed on vicky.in on 23 Aug 2018 for a toy costing Rs 858/-. Now despite number of email the order status is not being told, the helpline phone numbers are continuously switched off. I am not getting any response from vicky.in, whereas the payment has been credited to their acount. Its fraud website. Please intervene for delivery of item of get the refund processed.
Consumercomplaint should take action against the owner of vicky.in site. They are going on cheating the peoples again and again. They have to punish them and refund our money as soon as possible.
