Sir, I live in 3/2/1, Kavi Raj Row, Kolkata: 700073. In my locality, there are atleast 15 stray dogs, who bark and bide pedestrians for no reason at all. Today I have been bitten by a stray dog. So I'm filing this complaint. Please take them as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
