[Resolved] Videocon D2H — non receipt of Free Coupons worth Rs. 4500 from Jabong, Cleartrip & eBay | |||
We booked and got installed videocon D2H at our home on 30/8/2014 (customer id[protected]. This included installation of a dish and two set top boxes (one HD and one SD) for two television sets. The order for the above was booked online and as per the videocon site we were to receive Free Coupons worth Rs. 4500 from Jabong, Cleartrip & eBay totalling Rs. 9000 for the two installations. But despite repeated reminders through mail and phone there is no response from their sales representative (id: sanjeev09) and customer care people.
